We have a variety of methods to transfer knowledge from remote to on-site at client locations, including offshore, to ensure that staff who are directly undertaking the work have the knowledge needed to succeed.
Procedures, method statements and acquisition plans
Efficient, effective data collection is reliant on solid planning that considers a wide spectrum of factors. We’ve operated our technologies in almost all conceivable environments so we know what it takes to get the best results in the conditions at hand.
As part of project preparations we create procedures and acquisition plans that ensure the project objectives are met. We keep documentation simple and easy to follow so that even new users of our projects get the best out of them.
Project execution from idea to delivery
Having continuity is incredibly beneficial to ensure project success. We can support you from the initial project concept, consulting on the best approach to provide the 3D data you need to make engineering decisions. Once a project goes live we provide engineers to support operations; from training existing teams to interfacing SubSLAM with ROVs and performing data collection. With data in hand we then post-process, analyse and report the data, providing you with the information needed to move forward.
We offer all of this in-house so you just have to work with a single point of contact. This also means we are able to respond quickly if a project scope changes or a different approach to analysis is needed.
